Japanese paper made from the water of the clear Nagara River, a bounty of the lush green nature of the mountainous country of Gifu, is a heartwarming culture that has been enjoyed in Japan since the Nara period (710-794). (Registered as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage)
These colorful handmade writing instruments are decorated with "elegant and beautiful" yuzen patterns, also known as chiyogami.
Each piece of Japanese paper is hand-rolled, coated with acrylic resin to protect it from dirt and water, and finished with UV-resin drying.

This Mino Washi ballpoint pen is made of Japanese paper handmade by craftsmen in the Mino region of Gifu Prefecture, where it is produced.
The Miyabina yuzen pattern gives an elegant impression of Japanese taste. A cross-type ballpoint pen with a smooth writing feel is attached to a slim, sharp shaft.

Please specify "CROSS type" when purchasing at stationery stores.
The spring is not attached to the lead replacement. Please be careful not to lose it.
To replace the lead, pull the pen fitting to the left or right in the center to remove it.
Turn the black knob replacement lead slightly to the right to remove it.
