We polished and manufactured pen holders using detailed techniques in a workshop near the Minami-Shinshu Iida factory.

It is also used in electrolytic capacitor foils, magnetic disks, laser reflectors, vapor deposition materials for integrated circuits, etc. Because of its light weight, it is used in aircraft, automobiles, ships, and railways, and because it is a good conductor of electricity, it is used in power transmission lines.

• Handling the tip pipe The tip pipe is the lifeblood of a Sharp and is an important part.
  Please note that once bent, it is not easy to undo it.
• How much to pull out the lead The key is not to put out too much lead.
  If you let it out too much, the core will easily break.
  As a guideline, the core should come out 1.2mm after two knocks.
• Taper (tip metal fitting)
  Please note that if the tip becomes loose, it may lead to the core breaking.
  Please note that if you insert the core from the pipe end, the built-in rubber tip may come off.
  If the rubber tip comes off, it will not work properly.
