Utilizing wood, which is a bounty of nature in the mountain country of Gifu, the product has a unique design and shape that feels comfortable in your hand, allowing you to feel the gentleness of the wood surface and smell its fragrance. The pen barrel is accented with colored acrylic material, creating a cute and beautiful ballpoint pen.

The Nagara River is a first-class river in the Kiso River system that originates from Mt. Dainigatake in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture, passes through Mie Prefecture, joins the Ibi River, and flows into Ise Bay. One of the three Kiso rivers that flow through the Nobi Plain. In addition, part of the downstream area also faces Aichi Prefecture and forms the prefectural border with Gifu Prefecture. It is called ``one of Japan's three major clear streams'' along with the Shimanto River and the Kakita River. The length of the main river channel is 166 km, and the basin area is 1.
It has been 12 years since cedar products produced in Gifu Prefecture began to be called "Nagara cedar."
The prefecture's cedar resources are abundant in the Nagara River basin, hence the name.

<Features>

It is a representative tree species unique to Japan, and grows from northern Honshu to Yakushima in the south. Artificial plantings extend to southern Hokkaido, and are number one in terms of quantity. Particularly famous are Akita cedar, Tenryu cedar, Yoshino cedar, Hita cedar, Obi cedar, and Yaku cedar. The border of the sapwood is clear, the sapwood is white, and the heartwood is pale pink to reddish brown, sometimes tinged with blackish brown. The wood grain is clear and straight.
The material is somewhat light and soft, has relatively few irregularities, and is easy to process such as cutting. Slightly inferior in water resistance. Easy to split vertically along the wood grain.

<Application>

Nagara cedar, which is strong and has a beautiful grain, can be used in its entirety for all structural materials such as columns and beams, interior materials such as floorboards and ceiling boards, and fittings.

*Please specify "cross type" when purchasing at a stationery store.
The spring is not attached to the refill. Please be careful not to lose it.
To replace the lead, remove it by pulling it from side to side centering on the pen fittings.
Turn the black knob refill slightly to the right and remove it.
