Yaezakura is a deciduous broad-leaved tree belonging to the Rosaceae family, Prunus genus, and is a general term for cherry blossoms with many petals.
Yaezakura (Yaezakura) is not a single cherry blossom variety, but a general term for double-flowered cherry blossoms, which are characterized by blooming about two weeks later than cherry blossoms.
It is called "Yaezakura" because it has more petals than cherry blossoms and has "double blooms" in which the petals overlap.
