The sapwood is grayish-white, and the heartwood is yellowish-reddish-brown.
Zelkova has been treated as the best hardwood in Japan since ancient times because it is strong, has little distortion, has excellent decay resistance, and is highly practical, and its grain is strong and beautiful.
Although it is a very hard and heavy wood, it is not difficult to process.

The spring is not attached to the refill. Please be careful not to lose it.
To replace the lead, remove it by pulling it from side to side centering on the pen fittings.
Turn the black knob refill slightly to the right and remove it.
